What if the agent isn't happy with the clean?
Let us know within 72 hours of the inspection and we'll come back and re-clean anything the agent listed, free.
Do I need to supply anything?
No. We bring our own products and equipment, vacuum and mop included.
Do I need to be home?
No. Plenty of customers leave a key in a lockbox or with their agent. We sort out access on the call.
I have pets. Is that OK?
Yes. Let us know when we call, so we know whether they'll be inside or out.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer once the clean is finished. There's no deposit.
